By commissioning me, you agree to my terms of service.

I reserve the right to decline commission requests for any reason.

This commission work is strictly non-profit / non-commercial and for personal use only. You may not resell, reproduce, or profit in any way from the commissioned work. (Email me for commercial use.)

Credit the artist whenever possible.

The commission work might be shared on my socials, so let me know if you don't want to.

Updates will be sent to the client throughout the creation process. If there are delays, the client will be informed.

Provide reference pictures and details.

The creation process: sketching, lineart, color, and rendering.

The completed work will mainly be sent via email, unless discussed otherwise.

Payment in USD via Paypal invoice.

Full payment upfront and no refunds when sketching phase has begun.

Refunds are allowed if the artist is unable to finish the commission work or the sketching phase hasn't started yet.

When the client pays the invoice, they acknowledge that they understand and agree with my terms of service.
